Six things every system we build says yes to, whatever the size of the job. We put them in the contract too.
C, Charlie. At sea it means "Yes." It's the flag for everything on this page.
Sixcommitments.
Each one is checked before anything we build goes live.
- 01
You approve the big calls
It asks you before anything to do with money or complaints, and before anything it hasn't seen before.
- 02
Sea-trialled
Tested hard before go-live, with the results in writing.
- 03
POPIA-aware
We write down where your data goes and keep it in accounts you control.
- 04
Clear limits
A written list of what it will never do, agreed with you.
- 05
You own it
The code, the prompts and the accounts are yours.

Your team trained
The people who work with it know how it works and what to do when it asks.
Your dataand POPIA.
Here's how we handle personal information, in plain words.
It stays in accounts you control.
The AI, WhatsApp and hosting accounts are opened in your business's name. We work in them with your permission, and you can remove our access at any time.
Some of it crosses borders.
Many AI providers process data outside South Africa. POPIA allows that under section 72 when the receiving side is bound by protection like POPIA's, or when another lawful basis applies. Before we build anything, we tell you which providers are involved, where they process data and on what basis, and we set it up to send the least personal information the job needs.
We keep only what the job needs.
Chats are kept for as long as you decide, so you can scroll back through them. Our own copies are deleted when we stop working with you.
We sign an operator agreement.
Under POPIA you're the responsible party for your customers' information and we're your operator. The agreement says what we may do with it, which is only the work you've asked for.
If something goes wrong, you hear first.
If we find that personal information has been exposed, we tell you straight away and help you notify the Information Regulator and the people affected, as POPIA requires.
Who to ask.
Our information officer is Matt Jacobson, our founder. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by email.
Things itwill never do.
Every build has a written list like this, agreed with you. Here's a sample.
- Quote a price that isn't on your price list
- Agree to a refund or a discount
- Share one customer's details with another
- Pretend to be a person
- Give medical, legal or financial advice
- Carry on after you've switched it off
Fairquestions.
The things people ask on the first call. If yours isn't here, WhatsApp us.
Yes. The six commitments and the "never" list are written into every build agreement.
We don't. We also switch off model training at each provider where that setting exists, and we tell you if one doesn't offer it.
It can, which is why it asks when it's unsure and keeps a record of every chat. If it gets something wrong, we find out why and fix it, and you can always scroll back to see what it said.
